Several of my friends on Facebook have been posting what they’re thankful for each day. These posts range from appreciation of the tangibles like husbands, children, friends, deodorant and pajamas to the intangibles such as playfulness in life, God and the sunrise. But instead of listing something each day, I stored them up:
- Each and every one of my girlfriends who are as unique as the pattern on a butterfly’s wings (you know who you are) who build up, inspire and never let me forget I’m loved.
- My family near and far.
- Bikram Yoga for its healing benefits, inside and out.
- A strong body and workout buddies to share the pain and sweat.
- The promise of Someday.
- Books.
- Nut and rice crackers (gluten free!).
- White Russians.
- Coffee.
- Permission to giggle.
- Dark chocolate.
- My new church.
- Medical insurance.
- Both my jobs (publishing assistant and writer).
- Galaxy SIII.
What are 15 things you’re thankful for?

Nice . What is #15? Galaxy what?
That reminds me. I haven’t been listing the four things I’m thankful for every day . Oops!!!
Today: 1) “Me time” while Kent is on the beach gathering bait. 2) I’ll be starting the fourth (and last) book in the RESTORATION series by Terri Blackstock. 3) The view outside our balcony of the dock and palm trees and lagoon and the blue but overcast sky. 4) We’ll be visiting Miss Mary this afternoon and seeing her eyes brighten and the big smile on her face as she sees us walk into her room.

~ Galaxy SIII … the cell phone that won 😉 The four things you’re thankful for today sound perfectly wonderful. Today an extra thing I’m thankful for is that my employer provides paid sick time so I could stay home and nurse my crud.
