“The desire to write grows with writing.” ~ Desiderius Erasmus
If the above quote is true (and it is for me), then it makes sense that most passions will grow as we continue to nurture them. I know when I am embraced within the pages of an author’s brilliant machinations, the yearning to read grows stronger after each chapter. Similarly, the longing to spend time with family and friends increases exponentially after each get together and the need to work out grows as I consistently strive for a fitter, healthier body. I’ve discovered a downside to fueling our desires, however. Time goes no faster than when you are engrossed in the pursuit of something you love.
What do you consider one of your greatest passions?

Writing is a passion for me as well. I love the solitude and freedom of expression. The rules and boundaries of day-to-day living become strangulating. How liberating it is to simply have a voice, even if the only one listening is my own soul. By the way, I love the title of your blog. Any time I write feels like it is “always the write time”.
